These Terms of Use apply to websites, applications, software, content, and digital services provided by HoK Labs. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms.

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Some services may require an account or information submitted by you. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account or service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for HoK Labs, users, or third parties.

You may not use the services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or harvest data without permission, abuse support channels, or misrepresent your identity.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the services except as permitted by applicable law or a written agreement with HoK Labs.

The services, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, interfaces, code, and other materials are owned by HoK Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted to you, HoK Labs reserves all rights in and to the services and related materials.

If you submit content, feedback, requests, or suggestions, you represent that you have the rights needed to provide them.

You grant HoK Labs permission to use feedback and suggestions to improve products and services without obligation to you, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, app stores, payment processors, cloud providers, analytics tools, or other services.

HoK Labs is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoK Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

HoK Labs does not guarantee that the services will meet every requirement, operate without error, or remain available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoK Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoK Labs' total liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to HoK Labs for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amount was paid.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services from time to time. We may also update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version with a new date.

Your continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute not subject to a separate written agreement will be handled in courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires another venue.
